Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has sued Delaware nurse practitioner Debra Lynch, who operates Her Safe Harbor, alleging she illegally prescribed abortion-inducing drugs to Texas residents without a Texas medical license. The case will test Delaware's strengthened 'shield laws' that protect providers from out-of-state prosecution for services legal in Delaware.
